Small Wireless Facility Deployment

The City recently amended Chapter 510 of the City Code of Ordinances (Right-of-Way Usage Code)  to include a section regarding Small Wireless Facility Deployment. The City’s intent is to encourage and streamline the deployment of small wireless facilities in the City and to help ensure that robust and dependable wireless radio-based communication services and networks are available throughout the City, consistent with state and federal law. The amendment addresses application fees and other guidelines of small wireless facilities. See the links below for additional information on the ordinance and the license agreement.
