Sites at Shaw Park, Oak Knoll Park and Hanley Park are available for reservation April 1 through October 31.  All other parks are intended for passive use only and spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.

Sites may be reserved up to one year in advance.  Clayton Advantage Status is required to receive resident or corporate rates.  Prime dates and locations fill quickly, so reserve your space early.  All areas require a refundable $100 security damage deposit.  For a full list of park and rental rules, click here.

Shaw Park [Park Map] 

Enterprise Holdings Pavilion The pavilion is located in the center of Shaw Park near the sand volleyball courts. The covered site has 17 tables which can accommodate up to 120 guests along with public restrooms, a 60 inch charcoal grill, outdoor sink with hot and cold water, stainless steel counters for preparing and serving food, electrical outlets, lighting and ceiling fans under the pavilion roof. Rental fees are $425 for residents, $525 for corporate, and $675 for non-residents.

Shaw Park Shelters The North Shelter is located near the Shaw Park Tree Top Playground and the South Shelter is located near Shaw Park Drive for added convenience. These covered sites have 10 picnic tables and accommodate up to 60 guests. A fireplace, grill, running water, restroom facilities and play equipment are located at the sites. The rental fee for both the North and South Shelter is $80 for residents, $105 for corporate, and $130 for non-residents.

Picnic Sites Four concrete picnic sites are located throughout Shaw Park. Each site has 6 picnic tables and a grill and can host up to 36 guests. Picnic Site 1 also includes fire pit and enhanced landscaping. The rental fee for Picnic Site 1 is $50 for residents, $60 for corporate, and $70 for non-residents. The rental fee for Picnic Sites 2-4 is $30 for residents, $40 for corporate, and $50 for non-residents.

Barry-Wehmiller Pavilion The Barry-Wehmiller Pavilion is located near the pond at Chapman Plaza in the north-eastern corner of Shaw Park. The site has 6 picnic tables and can host up to 36 guests. The rental fee for the Barry-Wehmiller Pavilion is $160 for residents, $210 for corporate, and $260 for non-residents.

Sand Volleyball Two sand volleyball courts are available to reserve in Shaw Park. Reservations are made on a first come/first serve basis and fees per hour, per court are $10 for residents, $15 for corporate and $20 for non-residents.

Fields Shaw Park has 4 softball diamonds (2 lighted) and one full size soccer field available to rent. Fields are available seasonally when not in use by Clayton Parks and Recreation and Clayton High School. Fields can be rented per hour at $30 for residents, $35 for corporate, and $40 for non-residents with a $10 surcharge for use after 5:00 pm and an additional $50 fee per rental for field prep.

Nussbaum Pavilion  The Nussbaum Pavilion is located near the pond at Oak Knoll Park. The pavilion is equipped with a stationary table and benches. The rental fee for the pavilion is $160 for residents, $210 for corporate, and $260 for non-residents.

Pavilion This covered pavilion, located at the north end of the park near the playground and parking lot, has picnic tables and can host up to 48 guests. The rental fee for this pavilion is $80 for residents, $105 for corporate, and $130 for non-residents.

Sunken Garden The Sunken Garden is located on the west side of the 2 Oak Knoll Park building and is a perfect site for small ceremonies. The rental fee is $150 for residents, $200 for corporate, and $250 for non-residents.

Hanley Park Pavilion The Hanley Park Pavilion is equipped with picnic tables, restroom and electricity, and can host up to 24 guests. The rental fee for the picnic pad is $50 for residents,$60 for corporate, and $70 for non-residents.
