Get ready for a year of transformation and triumph! We are excited to introduce our 2024 Center of Clayton Fitness Challenges! We've lined up six epic challenges to elevate your fitness journey. Are you up for the challenge?

2024 Center of Clayton 6-Week Challenge Line-up:

  1. Winter Wellness 6-Week Challenge: January 14-February 24
  2. Spring Sweat 6-Week Challenge: March 3-April 13
  3. Summer Start-Up 6-Week Challenge: May 5-June 15
  4. Summer Strength Series Challenge: July 7-August 17
  5. Full Body Fall 6-Week Challenge: September 1-October 12
  6. Theme TBD: November 3-December 14

What's in it for you? Challenge participants will receive...

  • A full, 6-week workout plan tailored to hit each muscle group. 
  • Expert guidance and encouragement emails from our dedicated Fitness Assistant, Coach Bri.
  • Complete the challenge and be entered for a chance to win some cool prizes!

How do I join? Challenge participants can sign up...

  • Online at www.centerofclayton.com under Program Registration; type in "Challenge"
    • Visit the Center Welcome Desk and mention "Challenge"
    • Stop by the Fitness Center desk and sign up on the 6-Week Challenge participant sheet.
