Entry of Appearance/ Recommendation & Discovery Requests

Cases filed before August 15, 2019 may be entered via Lawsource Live or by mail with a self addressed stamped envelope.

Cases filed after August 15, 2019 must be entered via eFile per OSCA.

Recommendations and Discovery will be sent via USPS and reflect the continued court date.

Attorney Call/ Court 

Court is held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.  Attorney Call begins at 4:00 P.M, regular docket following at 4:00 P.M.

Housing Court is held the 2nd Thursday of each month at 9:00 A.M.

If you are not an attorney but wish to speak to the Prosecutor on your court date, you may do so starting at 4:00 P.M.

Contesting a Parking Ticket

If you wish to contest a parking ticket, you must bring the ticket, your ID, and your receipt of payment to the Police Department office during regular business hours.  A clerk will examine your ticket and receipt and possibly call in the Parking Supervisor to discuss the issue.  If you still then wish to contest the ticket, a clerk will issue you a court date so that you can present your argument to the judge on your given date.

Proof of Insurance

If you were issued a ticket for no insurance and you were actually covered at the time of the incident, bring your proof of insurance to the Police Department office during regular business hours.  A clerk will take a copy of the proof and it will be presented to the Prosecutor for consideration of dismissal.  You will then be notified by mail on the Prosecutor's decision.
