SPRINKLERS IN HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS

The City of Clayton adopted the 2015 International Code on January 1, 2016  including Appendix "M".  
Building owners shall file a compliance schedule with the fire code official not later than 365 days after the first effective date of this code. The residential compliance schedule shall not exceed 12 years for an automatic sprinkler system retrofit.  There are 12 properties affected by the adoption of the new code.
