• Solicitations of commerce
• Conduct or encouragement of illegal activity
• Information that may tend to compromise the safety or security of the public or public systems or investigations
• Content that violates a legal ownership interest of any other party
• Content that defames any person, group, or organization
• Content that is false or any malicious statements concerning any employee, the City, or its operations
• Disclosure of any proprietary, confidential, or privileged information
• Repeated postings of inappropriate or inflammatory material
• Statements in support of or opposition to political campaigns, candidates, or ballot measures.

Waiver of Liability and Indemnification

Because various laws exist that create liability for various actions, including, but without limitation, defamation, invasion of privacy, false light, breach of contract, procurement violations, violations of due process and many other potential areas of exposure for which the City accepts no responsibility based on the actions or other or for creating this site, each user and all user’s successors and assigns , releases and holds harmless and agrees to indemnify the City of Clayton and its officers, employees and agents from any and all actions, claims, liabilities and damages of whatever kind and nature arising out of or in connection with use of the this site or account.
