The City of Clayton has continued to analyze the proposed projects for Washington University in St. Louis and Concordia Seminary. We are now ready to present an update to the community regarding the proposed overlay zoning districts for the portion of Washington University’s campus known as South40 and the western portion of Concordia Seminary’s campus. This presentation will cover what we have heard from the community during engagement activities as well as professional analysis related to traffic and zoning.
The presentation will take place in the auditorium at Clayton High School on March 27th from 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Staff will present information and there will be an opportunity for members of the community to ask questions and make comments. A recording of the presentation will also be posted on the Engage Clayton website the following day. For more information on the projects and to view previous presentations, please visit the project page on EngageClayton.com. Questions and comments may also be sent in advance of the meeting through the website or directly to Anna Krane, Director of Planning and Development, at akrane@claytonmo.gov. Additionally, a copy of the official community meeting notice that has been mailed to property owners of the surrounding neighborhoods is available at this link.
