Safely and anonymously dispose of expired or unused prescription substances and medications on Saturday, October 29 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Clayton Police Department (10. S. Brentwood Blvd.). Accepted items include prescription medication (including controlled substances), over-the-counter medications, and vitamins. Unaccepted items include sharp objects (ex. needles and auto injectors), inhalers, and bio-hazard materials.

For a complete list, click here. If you can't make this event, a disposal kiosk is located inside the police department lobby. It is free to use, anonymous, and can be accessed 24/7. Any medication left in the kiosk will be transported to an off-site location where it is safely incinerated
