October is Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Month. To show our support we are bringing back in person CPR classes.
The Fire Department will be hosting a Community CPR Class on October 23rd from 9am-noon at the Clayton Fire House.
We believe that the key to a successful outcome in an emergency cardiac incident is early CPR and defibrillation. This is why we are encouraging everyone to download the PulsePoint Foundation their cell phones and learn compression only CPR.
To reserve your spot in the class contact JHerr@ClaytonMO.gov. Cant make this months class we plan to host a class on the last Saturday of every month, or if you have a group of 10 or more we can work with your group to schedule a class.
