As a community led and driven 501c3 nonprofit partner to the City of Clayton, the Clayton Community Foundation (CCF) has completed over 25 projects, hosted over 150 events, and raised more than $10 million dollars. All invested back into the community, CCF enhances cultural and community assets to provide generational impact.

CCF History Exhibit Opening Reception

  • Introduction: CCF History's newest exhibition, The Clayton Retail Experience: From Mom and Pop Shops to Department Stores, is ready to take you on a stroll through Clayton's storied retail history.
Do you remember picking up the latest bestseller at The Library Ltd?  Or climbing the winding staircase to dine at Straub's sit-down restaurant? Whether you can recall these days or not, CCF History's newest exhibition, The Clayton Retail Experience: From Mom and Pop Shops to Department Stores, is ready to take you on a stroll through Clayton's storied retail history. Light refreshments will be served alongside plenty of nostalgia at the exhibition's opening!  This program is free and open to the public.
